Hi, I’m Carla.

Over the years, working closely with women who felt stuck trying to change their bodies…
I started to notice something deeper.


It wasn’t just about food.
Or exercise.
Or even consistency.


Many of them were doing everything “right”…
and still felt like they were failing.


And that stayed with me for a long time.


Because what was really getting in the way
wasn’t a lack of discipline.


It was the constant pressure,
the self-judgment,
and the way they were relating to themselves.

This is something I’ve seen in my clients… and also experienced myself.

That’s what led me to shift the way I work.


Not by looking for better strategies…
but by paying attention to what actually allows change to happen.


My work is grounded in my experience working closely with women,
and in the patterns I’ve seen over time.


But more than anything…
it’s shaped by what I’ve seen truly creates change.


This is the foundation of my work —
what I now call
Safety in the Body.


Today, my work is not about giving you another plan.


It’s about creating a space
where you can slow down,
talk about what’s really going on,
and begin to see your patterns more clearly.


Because when that starts to change…
your relationship with food, your body, and your habits
begins to change naturally.


And it no longer feels like something you have to force.

This is where things can start to feel different.
